If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. They will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label. Please make sure to include the RMA number with your return shipment.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. You must also provide a reason for the return. Please note that certain products, such as personalized or customized items, may not be eligible for return.
If you are returning a product due to a defect or damage, please provide photos of the issue so that we can address it with our quality control team.
